Paid for before lunch delivery as they were for a birthday surprise and wanted to ensure we stayed in to be available to receive them.
Courier delivered to the wrong property.
I was informed they would be rescheduled for the same day but they didnt arrive.
The next day I received a generic despatch email informing me that they were "being chauffeured in style and with the speed of light by our TRUSTY courier service"
Based on this email, I held faint hope that a fresh bunch of flowers had been prepared to compensate for the inconvenience.
No such luck. They were the same flowers which had now arrived post birthday, looking squashed and dishevelled, (though they arrived in good time and to the correct address this time).
No compensation was offered and I even had to chase up a refund for the guaranteed delivery.
