Ordered Friday for delivery on Saturday - for a sick relative
Now Monday afternoon and still not delivered.
Tried to claim no-one was home - despite a house full of people home, 3 cars on the drive and a dog and man in the garden !!!
Anyway, we had asked for it to be left on the doorstep -so no excuse !!
No-one will phone us and update us - we just get poor vague emails.
Flowers will now be 3 days old - and no- response as to what is happening.
Company don't publicise any phone numbers - so can't contact them to speak to a human - they only deal with emails despite me having asked for a phone call to update.
Customer service is currently appalling - will not use again
