Flowers were lovely and luckily at the funeral on time. The problem was a phone call 30 minutes before the funeral to say they couldn't find the funeral parlour. Luckily as the delivery driver phoned he found the funeral directors. I didn't think he was in time as only 30 minutes to actual funeral time. I could do nothing as was driving on the way to the funeral so panicked the flowers would not arrive. As mentioned they were there but I had booked them a week before so did not think there would be a problem with delivery time as funeral was at 3pm. I guess this is where I booked on line and if I had spoken to someone it may have been explained that the flowers might not be delivered in time unless I paid for a time slot. Just worth noting.
