My first experience of ordering flowers so did a bit of research... What a waste of time!
Website has all the bells and whistles but that is just a facade for terrible service.
Ruined opening day of my Girlfriends pantomime season as she thought I'd forgotten as usual... I'm a Yorkshireman so not famed for flower giving.
This put me right off the idea of ever doing it again.
