I have tried to make contact on three occasions using the messaging service you have in place (this seems to be the only way to contact the company) I have had no response on any occasion regarding the order and delivery of a bouquet of flowers Apparently the the courier delivered the flowers to the nominated address, but there was no one at the address to receive the flowers, so the flowers are currently unaccounted for I've ben trying to contact someone since Monday to attempt to find out where the flowers are as I've paid but they were not delivered to Andrea Davy The customer service is none existent and as a customer it seems unexceptable to pay for a service, which has not delivered and fails to acknowledge the numerous attempts made to resolve the issue Perhaps someone will get in touch??
