Well where should I start from? Let see.... I've ordered some flowers as a surprise to my wife... cuz I didn't want to delay to much I've requested next day delivery and paid 9.99 to have them delivered by 10.30 before she set out for work. On the day of delivery I was waiting for a call from my misses after she gets them didn't happened till around 12.30 so I went on their site to check what happened why haven't been delivered and why no one let me know if it was a problem. I contacted them via email and then all the lies started. First I've been told that because of the snow they didn't manage to do the delivery (all roads in my area and not only there was fully open at that time). Then they said that roads between London and Birmingham are closed for the same reason ( I was on my way to London, roads completely fine) then that the delivery company have a backlog of deliveries to make as roads been closed few days before and they had a lot of deliveries to do for that reason (is that my problem? why they get next day delivery charging me extra if they knew is not possible) I've asked them to refund my delivery fee they played the T&C card. After a while I've get an email saying that delivery have been canceled on my request ( I have't request that).....and so many many lies just to excuse their incompetence. I do understand that snow and ice can be an issue but I think they should let me know ASAP. I won't ever use them again if I could give them less than 1 star I would... avoid at all cost.
