Hello
Sent flowers to a dear friend for her Birthday, she is just out of hospital. The flowers arrived on her Birthday and she sent me a thank you message with a photo of the flowers. Could see that the red roses were not at all fresh and the bouquet that I payed more for, I am an OAP, looked tired except for the lillies which were still in bud.
Was extremely disappointed
