I put in 2 orders with you on 18 December for 2 colleagues at work - I chose to pay an extra £4.95 to ensure that they were delivered before noon on Wednesday 20 December.
One order was delivered after 5 pm on 20 December - the other did not arrive until 3 pm 21 December. I am annoyed that I paid extra to ensure they were delivered on time and they were not. Please can I have a refund of that extra charge? The flowers were nice but your service was not. Catharine Morris
