Flowers brown and dying or dead. Ordered the bright perky ones from the website and got brown dying ones.
They said photo showed flower of 'usual standard'. Queried appropriateness of 'dead' as usual standard and explained that this was not the description on website, contravening consumer rights legislation. Seems that this is not an isolated case from other feedback here. Still fighting for refund.
