The flowers were damaged, there was water in the chocolate. I tried to call the number I found when I googled but couldn't get through. Sent a message via their website to say I wanted a full refund. Got an email reply saying they would like to re-deliver. Couldn't email back so very annoying had to go back to their website and send another message. They emailed yet again asking to redeliver, so again I had to go on to their website and insist on a refund. I then got an email to say my card would be credited. We'll wait and see how long that takes. Most annoying thing was not being able to contact them by phone or email. Will never use them again.
