Terrible experience. We ordered flowers for a funeral service and paid extra for early delivery. We were told they couldn't be delivered to the address provided, although others family members used the same address with no problems from another company. After multiple emails and no phone number to speak to the company, the flowers were delivered two days late and to the original address we had provided. The service was long over by this point and we had asked them to be delivered to a different address by then. It was already a difficult time and it was made worse by this company. They refused to refund part of the money even though the flowers were late. So disappointing and will never use this company again!
