I ordered the white roses, when they arrived the flowers were all brown and wilted. I raised a complaint to customer service requesting a fresh bunch or a full refund, to which there response was for me to pull all the brown petals off and this is normal for white roses 😱
I would never use this online company again they are a total disgrace
