I ordered some flowers to be delivered next day but they still hadn't arrived after 4 days. I had to cancel the order and request a refund so that I could order flowers from another supplier. I went to a local company who were much better and even offered a same day service.
Whilst I must commend the customer service I receive when querying my delivery and cancelling/requesting a refund, the overall experience and website was very frustrating.
