I've used Serenata for years as I routinely work away from home. I've only once ever had a problem with a delivery (delivery broke the vase dropping the flowers over a wall) and they more than compensated with an amazing delivery the next day. Otherwise they've never been late, always delivered high quality flowers in their prime and always followed the (sometimes very specific) delivery instructions.
Serenata routinely make my wife and my mum smile and for that I love them.
