Flowers were delayed so didn't arrive for my cousin's birthday. However, They were delived on the next date chosen and I was emailed to say they'd been delivered and taken by recipient. Hence the 3 stars. Serenata were prompt in replying to my complaint and kept me in touch the whole time. They also deducted a few pounds in compensation.
