Perfect! Ordered flowers and balloons for my mother. Needed to send her a message urgently. The flowers, ordered in the evening, arrived the following day. Ample room on the card to write a longish message. An online chat with someone from Serenata, in case of any queries, is really helpful and useful... Feel less like a faceless customer. Just one thought, but not intended to be a negative thought, I was looking for plain, coloured balloons; would they be a good sell?
