Unfortunately my flowers for a funeral were not delivered on time.
I ordered for a Sat a pre Noon, for a funeral on the Monday morning.
I specifically stated where to leave them as most funeral homes are not open at weekends (and the funeral home was expecting a drop to their back door). The first I knew was the funeral home letting me know on the Monday morning that they had not been delivered. Then to try to find a number to call Serenata, and there is no contact tel on their website ! Only a website form. How frustrating that when you need to contact them urgently there is no number. Anyway seeing other reviews on trust pilot, it looks like Serenata has a problem delivering flowers on time for funerals.
They did respond to my angry email within the hour with a refund, and also chauffeured the flowers to the funeral home. With the funeral at 11:30 am, they just made it in the end. The things is, if the funeral was earlier they wouldn't have made it. And if I hadn't have contacted them, they definitely would not have made it either. Such a shame because they were nice flowers. And a stress you don't need on such a horrible day.
