Courier did not ring my friends bell, she lives in a flat on the 3rd floor, they did not even go up there, just dumped the flowers in the main downstairs
porch. I had to spoil the surprise and ask my friend to look around the
building to see where they were. This was supposed to be a gesture to
cheer my friend up as she has had a bad couple of weeks, and thanks to your
couriers it was completely ruined. Also the flowers could have been stolen.
