The flowers that I had ordered were passed their best – they were going brown, decaying, dying. The feedback portal would not allow me to upload my complaint and photographs. Someone at serenata suggested I use Facebook. It asks would you like us to call you back?. However, it is only possible to communicate in writing. I finally managed to upload my photos and complain to Facebook and my money should be refunded.
