I have ordered from Serenata a few times now and always been happy. However, the flowers I ordered this weekend for my sisters birthday were left on her doorstep in very cold weather (she was out overnight which I didn’t know when I sent them) subsequently the roses were not fresh and looked as though they were wilting. This was really disappointing as I had requested they be left with a neighbour if there was no answer.
