Extremely poor company and service - avoid at all costs.
Normally I use Interflora, as they are very reliable but they didn't have any slots available on this particular day.
So, I ordered some flowers through Serenata for my Fiancee's birthday well in advance, as I was going to be away on business for her actual birthday. I paid extra for delivery before noon.
On the day, it passed noon and it was still showing on the tracking as "at local depot". I contacted the company and they said that the courier had tried to deliver to the address but the delivery was not possible and they would reattempt the next day.
After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and excuses from them, I finally gave up, told them to cancel it and give me a refund. I went and spent a lot of money on sameday flowers which arrived no hassle (surprise surprise!).
The next day, I had an email saying it had been delivered but when I rang my Fiancee, she said they hadn't.
Took a lot of arguing to get a refund, absolutely shocking service! I genuinely don't know how they are still in business!
