The flowers for Valentines day did not arrive due to a "technical hitch" however the monies are being processed to be returned....but it still has left my wife with no flowers, businesses have problems but it's the solution that provides customers for life.
Unfortunately, Serenata failed to turn this poor experience into a positive by sending flowers (albeit late) as well as providing a refund.
