I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my close friend's 50th birthday to be delivered on her actual birthday, and two days later she is still waiting! I will never use Serenata again, what shoddy poor service! I would never have booked with Serenata if I'd known they weren't going to deliver what they promised.
My friend was so disappointed not to receive the flowers on her actual birthday.
