I am absolutely livid that you would send my Mum a card with a printed message that says 'no message left by customer'. I specifically noted that these were mother's day flowers and I didn't even click an option to have a card with the flowers, why on earth would you send one with a message like that on Mother's day. You could've put a standard 'Happy Mother's Day' or even leave it blank! But instead you take the time to print a card with a horrible message like that.
I'm appalled! I will never order flowers from you again
