I have used Serenata Flowers on many occasions, and have never been disappointed. However on Mothering Sunday I was very disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mother. There were five stems of lily's of which three of them were broken and the chocolates had been thrown into the box on top of the flowers thus crushing them.
Very disappointed indeed considering the cost of flowers these days.
