order confirmed, followed by next morning message flowers were on way. Later tracking said 'failed delivery'. Enquiry said courier could not find property. Further enquiry- answer was ' they did not have full address. It WAS on the order, apart from this why did they put it on a van for delivery if they could not find the address.
Very nice flowers were delivered today, but a day later than wanted. Not too impressed.
