The roses were brown and obviously dying. The pinks were actually dead, heads had fallen off the stalks and there were blank stems in the bunch.
The bunch had the appearance of having been dropped and the remainder will not last 24 hours.
Our Aunt was very disappointed on her 84th birthday and we feel really badly that your delivery was not up to expectations.
Needless to say, we will not use your services again.
