I ordered flowers for the day before a funeral and was advised that these could not be delivered that day but would be on the following day.
1 hour before the funeral I’m advised that the order was cancelled and a very poor excuse.
Refunded, but just not good enough.
This was one of my best friends funerals and I couldn’t be there because she’d died suddenly whilst I was abroad.
The flowers were the least I could do.
Disappointed doesn’t even cut it!
