Six days in advance, I ordered a funeral wreath to be delivered the day before the funeral. I was informed that delivery would be made a day late, well after the funeral. This notice came much to late for me to do anything about it or find another florist.
There is no way to talk to an actual human being at Serenata. The situation was infuriating.
Then to ad insult to injury, I was advised that Serenata would refund some ten pounds to my account. The wreath was 60 pounds. The full amount should have been refunded since our agreement was void by Serenata's failure to perform as promised.
I will not have anything to do with this outfit again. And I am still infuriated.
