Ordered flowers on 20 Mar for parents golden wedding anniversary in Northern Ireland on 24 Mar. Recieved immediate confirmation of guaranteed courier delivery.
However, the flowers did not arrive until 26 Mar. Serenata stated that this is allowed for in their terms and conditions; however, this is not clear. One would have thought that 4 days notice was enough; it seems this is not the case.
