Purchased as a birthday gift, from USA to UK. Arrived on time. However, I paid for the larger size and recipient only received standard. My mistake was ordering the standard vase. I tried to cancel the vase at checkout but could not see a way to do this. I’ve used seranata before and not had any problems. I was so disappointed when I saw photo!
