Please take note - when ordering flowers from Serenata they are boxed up and sent via Yodel, not via a local florist. I ordered my wife some flowers and found the they can be delivered any time up to 9:00PM! In fact, when contacting Yodel the delivery time is between 12:00 and 9:00pm. I've been back through the order process online and cannot find any notice about this time slot. My wife has left work without flowers. Yodel state that "If you are out we will leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a dry, safe place out of public view.". Good luck in Manchester City Centre. I've been in touch with Serenata and they've advised that I agreed to the delivery slot in the terms and conditions, don't you love small print. I can't imagine that they'll agree to my request to make this time slot clear on the web site.... Be careful!
