Good afternoon
I ordered from Serenata on behalf of my son and his cousins for a funeral.
Ref 228453553. I was very disappointed as you had been recommended by my sister Mrs Linda Carr.
The flowers did not resemble anything like the photo on the web site and I have to say I was embarrassed to admit they had come from my family.
If it had of been possible I would have taken a photo to prove my point. However this was not possible .
It is very unlikely that I will ever use Seneata Flowers again.
Disappointed is an understatement.
