The quality of the flowers received was very poor and did not match the images shown on the company's website. There was mould on the stems and leaves after a couple of days.
The company were unwilling to discuss conpensation or a refund and just kept quoting their T&C's. Any decent company would want a customer's first experience to be a good one - obviously not Serenta Flowers.
