Purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I was told they would be delivered between 8am - 8pm. I contacted customer support at 8.30pm to see what had happened to my wife flowers. Recieved an email at 8.50 saying that my flowers had just been picked up and were on there way. They were delivered at 10.15pm.
Totally unacceptable for anyone to wait till that time for a flower delivery. Won't be using again.
