The flowers were beautiful, and they were delivered in time for Mums Birthday. Unfortunately, she didn't know who they were from as there was no card. If that was my fault for not filling in the order correctly so be it, but I think Serenata should have some way of checking with the customer before the flowers are sent with no notification of who has sent them. Also, I was not given the chance to revise my order before it seemed to whizz off. I would have chosen a different day for sending as the flowers arrived 3 days before her Birthday. It may be that I clicked too quickly. But a lot of web sites ask you if you are sure before clicking "confirm"
