I ordered flowers for delivery on the 4.2.19 which duly arrived, by the 9.2.19 most of the flowers had not opened and the ones that had were dead! I have complained and the company hides behind its 5 day refund policy.(I complained monday 11th)
I was not expecting the flowers to die within 5 days and did not therefore raise a complaint in time so the company will not refund or replace the flowers.
Do not use this company if you want flowers to last more than 5 days.
