Do not buy from Serenata Flowers.
I purchased flowers for Valentines Day - two dozen red roses.
When my wife received them she thought they looked poor quality but still followed the care procedure. However, the flowers did not open and it became clear the product was sub-standard.
Like other people have stated here, when I contacted Serenata, they told me I had missed the 5 day window to complain. I explained I had been away hence the fact 7 days had elapsed and irrespective the product was of poor quality. Their response was inflexible, a total unwillingness to acknowledge they were shipping poor quality flowers.
I wonder how many times this 5 day window in their T&C's has enabled Serenata to duck its responsibilities to it's customers?
Utter waste of money, do not use.
