My lovely son ordered flowers for me, for Mother’s Day.
They arrived on Sunday morning.
When I opened the box the roses,lilies and carnations were going mouldy and the heads of the smaller flowers had dropped off.
They had clearly been in the box without water for some time.
Using their website I sent a complaint and was totally fobed off.
Really angry 😡 that my son spent his hard earned money with this company.
