Totally and utterly awful. I spent as much as I could for my fiancés 40th birthday because I could not be there.
1. Never even arrived at all
2. Cannot call them. Fobbed off with dire portal through website
3. Absolutely zero effort to make a resolution.
Totally disgusting total rip off. Avoid like you would the plague
