Horrible customer service!!
Horrible customer service!!! I ordered flowers and then changed my mind, I did not want any refund, but just wanted for the flowers not to be delivered for my personal reasons. The delivery was scheduled 2 days later and I sent around 10 requests not to deliver, but they are absolutely dumb! Avoid!
By the way beware: they don't do any refunds at all! Once order placed, your money gone.
