Ordered flowers for a funeral with specific details of the day and time they were to be delivered to the funeral director.Received a standard notification on the day of the funeral that they had not been delivered,customer service response was robotic and appalling blaming it on having no control over their courier or delivery times.Should be a priority of a flower delivery
service that promotes itself as offering good service.No apology,no effort to resolve and deflected all responsibility.Made a distressing funeral occasion even more distressing.Terrible service and no refund offered.Would never recommend them or use the service again.
