Ordered same day delivery birthday flowers to my wifes office yesterday in Edinburgh. Never arrived. No apology, no explanation, they dont do telephone contact so you cannot speak with a human! Cold atrocious heartless excuse for customer service. The polar opposite of what sending flowers to a loved one should be about. The Amazon of florists. I’d never use them again. Appalling company
