Stay well clear. Not worth the hastle, headache, anger or dissappointment. I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I received an email at 1pm to advise they had been successfully delivered.
When i checked up with the recipient i was advised that nothing had been delivered. When contacting Seranata, they advised it was delivered and left outside. At the door/garden the box was found where they had been sitting all day on a rainy winters day. The box had a message saying keep upright, the flowers were left the wrong way around. There had been someone in all day yet no one knocked.
Had i not checked they wouldve lay there for god knows how many days. When contacting their customer service, i found there was no phone number. Katie in customer service showed no empathy, and quite frankly didnt care. I was offered 20% off a future order.
The flowers themself were small, rubbish and didnt appear fresh. They refused to provide me with a complaint reference number despite asking several times, to try to stop further action being taken. Worst customer service.
