Awful. Absolutely awful. Do not buy of this company.
The company think it’s ok to dump flowers on some door step in the pouring rain and wind and get ruined. I have complained to the company which has come to no avail, offered no refund.
Serenata have requested photos. The flowers were sent to my mother who does have a complex phone and stressed her out when asked her to take a picture.
Appalling customer service and flowers.
