I have ordered flowers 3 times for different reasons : sympathy, condolences for a miscarriage and Thank you. Each person was delighted with the flowers they received 2 of them said "they are beautiful" All three were received the day after ordered. On this basis I shall definitely use Serenata again for future occasions.
