Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, ordered a bouquet for friends to say thank you, friend sent me a pic and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Contacted them immediately and they said “From the photograph provided the bouquet looks to contain the correct stems.”
Absolute disgrace, I feel so embarrassed that my friend would think I would send such a dreadful bouquet.....I am furious! They are just fobbing me off now.
