After receiving the second bouquet which is meant to be your top rated 'Bouquet' with a damaged flowers, flowers which are not fresh and turning brown you say they are I quote 'After reviewing the images, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected'
POOR QUALITY... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I WOULD RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER! Mine should have been a lovely surprise, not stress and time wasting!!!!
