I've ordered from Serenata flowers for many years and the quality and packaging has always been great.
The flowers I ordered this time were package with no water so we're practically dead on arrival. My mother managed to save a few stems. Why were they not packaged in water like they have been in the past.
Unlikely to order from Serenata if this is how you now package flowers!
Disappointed long time customer.
