Dreadful customer service!!! don't use them!
We paid for flowers and chocolates to be delivered on Saturday, before Mother's day to my mother in lay.
It is Tuesday and she hasn't received anything so far.
3 days after no reply to my emails, refund or apology from this dreadful company.
Never ever again I will use their services!!
